IS THERE AN ONLINE BUYING FACILITY?
At the moment there is not. We will be getting that up and running but for the time being we shall be doing this the old fashioned way. Send us your order, with contact details, address, email etc and we'll get back to you with a price (including postage + handling) and the details on how to make your payment. Once the payment clears we will send you the goods.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our gear. We do exchange for wrong sizing or defective garments. We do not, however, exchange for wrong choice or for damage to the shirt caused by the buyer - for example ironing on the print.

WHAT INKS ARE USED FOR PRINTING?
The shirts are printed by professional screen printers and are printed using Plastisol Inks. Plastisol is a thermoplastic ink and as such will melt on contact with hot surfaces. If you want to iron your shirt, IRON INSIDE OUT. DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON TOP OF THE PRINT.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?
The answer to that is a big YES! We have completed custom jobs for small clubs and groups of gamers. However, please keep in mind that we out source our printing and there is a minimum run of 25 shirts. If you want only 10 shirts produced, you will be charged for the printing of 25.

DO YOU DO WOMEN'S GARB?
At the moment we don't. We are currently trying to source some women's clothing that has a nice cut, style and good quality.

HOW LONG FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
If we have the shirt in stock and your payment clears, then it should be in a matter of days. If we are out of stock the wait could be up to 4 - 6 weeks. If this is the case, you will be contacted to let you know the wait time.

ARE THERE ANY STOCKISTS OF YOUR GEAR?
At the moment the only place, other than here and the few conventions we attend during the year, is the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. Please note they do only stock a limited choice of designs.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT SHIRT STYLES?
Yes there are. In the men's we offer a regular shirt and a slim fit shirt. The difference is in the cut. The slim fit is slightly smaller, in both body and sleeve length. The details of these can be seen on the size chart.

WHO CHOOSES WHAT PLANE, TANK ETC?
Basically we work on what we personally like and hopefully there are other folk out there that like them too. We do plan on getting around to doing pretty much everything, it's just that there is so much!

ARE YOU AUSTRALIAN OWNED?
Yes we are 100% Australian owned and operated - all our shirts are designed and printed in Australia.
